Jin Shin Do Acupressure is a synthesis of Chinese acupuncture theory using Japanese finger techniques with the Taoist philosophy of 5 Element Theory and western hypnotherapy as a comfort meditation.  This very nurturing and relaxing technique is also deeply healing.
